Four Indoor Courts
Overview
My client had no existing website or branding aside from their logo. I was responsible for desiging and developing a unique identity that sets Fourt Indoor Courts apart from their competitors.
My Role
I was with designing and developing the Four Indoor Courts website. My goals were to promote conversion rates, effortlessly segment incoming leads and boost SEO.
Designing The Brand
I started by researching competitors consulting websites, and collecting various aesthetically pleasing examples and presenting them to the client for feedback on visual direction.
- Identity The theme across competitors appeared to split in one of two directions. Softer with inviting visuals. Or professional and direct. I aimed to achieve a balance between the two.
- Capturing Conversions All examples had clear call to actions telling the user where to go next. Through the use of clever CTA section placements, and a sticky nav bar with a persistent CTA I ensured conversions were only a click away at any point in the user journey.
- Color I wanted to achieve a strong sense of brand identity through the use of color. With green being the primary brand color, and blue being the secondary. I chose these colors to complement the existing brand logo.
Building The Solution
To empower my client I used Webflow to build this client site. This gave me freedom to write JS and implement logic without impacting the non-technical experience.
- Organic shapes & illustration By incorporating organic shapes and custom illustrations, I aimed to evoke warmth and accessibility. This design approach helped in making the website feel more inviting and personable, setting a positive tone for users from the moment they arrived.
- Reusable Components I built reusable components for different types of website sections. Allowing a simple way to add or remove sections as needed. Content can be easily swapped, without technical knowledge.
- Blog CMS I developed template pages leveraging Webflow's CMS editor. This allowed Four Indoor Courts to effortlessly publish new blog posts that all follow the same consistent style.
